
Talent Acquisition and Employee Life Cycle Management Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience in talent acquisition, employee life cycle management, and HR automation?
- Talent Acquisition: We are seeking an experienced professional to handle recruitment, sourcing, and interview follow-ups. You will also be responsible for salary negotiation, background verification, and joining induction planning.
- End-to-End Employee Life Cycle Management: This role involves managing the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to separation, including HR automation, HR systems, and MIS management.
- Documentation and Employee Data Management: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Forecast Hiring Needs: As part of this role, you will forecast hiring needs, particularly during peak seasons, to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Employee Turnover Rates: You will calculate and report on employee turnover rates to identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Any Graduate)
- Postgraduate degree preferred but not mandatory (Any Postgraduate)
