Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. They will also focus on employer branding and creating strategies to attract top talent. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
- Experience in Interviewing and Hiring processes
- Strong skills in Employer Branding initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in the educational technology sector is a plus
