About the Role:

We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
with strong experience in
retail hiring
to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring a strong pipeline of talent to support our retail business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    for retail roles .
  • Partner with
    business stakeholders
    to understand manpower requirements and design effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through
    job portals, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing
    .
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for
    skills and cultural fit
    .
  • Schedule interviews, manage feedback, and ensure
    timely closure of positions
    .
  • Build and maintain a
    talent pipeline
    for critical and recurring retail roles.
  • Track and manage recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
  • Ensure smooth
    candidate experience
    from first interaction to onboarding.
  • Drive
    diversity hiring initiatives
    in retail talent acquisition.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years
    of experience in
    Talent Acquisition
    , with a strong focus on
    retail hiring
    .
  • Proven experience in hiring for
    frontline and leadership roles
    in retail
  • Strong
    stakeholder management skills
    – able to collaborate with business heads, HR partners, and hiring managers.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using
    LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and networking
    .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced, target-driven environment
    .
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / recruitment dashboards for reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of
    end-to-end recruitment practices
    .
