Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned banking professional to join our practice team. This individual will act as a strategic advisor and domain expert, providing insights and expertise across commercial banking operations.

This role involves working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver solutions and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as a domain consultant and advisor in commercial banking engagements across client implementations, solution design, and process improvements.
  • Thorough understanding of the Banking delivery function, with deep understanding of maturies, platforms, geographical requirements, clients support system, accelerators in the ecosystem
  • Translate complex banking processes into actionable insights and business requirements for BPS function.
  • Own RFP/RFI responses, solution creation, and go-to-market strategy for commercial banking offerings.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives (e.g., process reengineering, automation, workflow orchestration) in client banking operations.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technology teams to ensure banking domain alignment in solution implementation and ongoing service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in commercial banking domain, with exposure to one or more areas like corporate lending, trade finance, cash & payments, risk & compliance, client onboarding from operations standpoint.

Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in consulting, transformation, or solution architect role within an BPS function is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and compliance/regulatory environment.
  • Very good understanding of digital banking trends, banking platforms, automation, analytics, and FinTech collaboration models is a plus.
  • Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations, capability decks, and process views
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor with Master's degree in management, or related field.

Preferred qualifications include experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 Global banks, either directly or via BPS engagements, and global exposure to UK, US, APAC, or Middle East banking regulations and practices.
