Job Title: Senior Techno-Commercial Consultant

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth and profitability through effective commercial strategies.
  • Develop high-quality proposals that meet client requirements, solve complex business problems, and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, support marketing outreach efforts, and create compelling industry and capability decks, white papers, thought leadership pieces, and case studies.
  • Foster a high-performing team of techno-commercial experts, lead their development, training, and mentorship.
  • Manage all client interactions, including query handling, kick-off calls, deliverable presentations, and feedback sessions.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate and facilitate technical, business, and analytical discussions.
  • Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset and technical expertise to generate actionable recommendations for clients.

 

Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical & Materials Science or related fields, or equivalent experience. A B.E. in Chemical Engineering with an MBA in Marketing or Operations is preferred.
  • Minimum six years of experience in business research or consulting, with expertise in primary research, pricing, and cost analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end business research or consulting engagements, staying up-to-date with industry trends and challenges.
  • Strong leadership experience in managing teams of professionals and excellent knowledge of Market Analysis, Business Analysis, Technology Analysis, Competitor Intelligence, Management Frameworks, Advanced MS Office, Forecasting, and Business Writing.
