Senior Sales Professional

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in commercial furniture and interior design solutions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Identify new business opportunities within the furniture and interior design sectors.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, architects, and commercial real estate professionals.
- Demonstrate expertise in our commercial furniture and interior design solutions to effectively communicate value and meet client needs.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve targets, expand customer base, and maximize market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct negotiations with clients, prepare proposals and contracts, and ensure successful deal closures.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure alignment on client needs, project timelines, and deliverables.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in commercial furniture, interiors, or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and market dynamics.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
