As a Senior Innovation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our Growth Transformation efforts.

What You Need

• Bachelor s degree from top-tier institution (B.Tech/ MBA preferred).
• 5+ years experience in program management, with focus on Salesforce and AI projects.
• Salesforce Admin Certified (preferred), with hands-on expertise in implementing and managing Salesforce solutions.
• Proven success in delivering AI-powered projects that drive measurable impact.
• Exceptional project management skills able to plan, prioritize, and execute complex initiatives.
• Strong technical acumen to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills to rally teams and stakeholders around your vision.
