NetImpact, a company working in the spaces of Social Media Analytics, Social Listening, and online reputation management (ORM), is looking for a seasoned Social Media professional to work with our social media analytics vertical. She/he will work with teams of analysts to prepare reports/presentations and provide insights to arrive at tailor-made brand solutions.

This role is an exciting one with tremendous scope for personal growth and innovation as there is huge autonomy offered to the incumbent. The person we are looking for should have the following:

Designation/Position - Senior Manager - Social Listening & Analytics

Experience

  • At least 10-12 years of experience in Social Media domain is ideal.
  • Hands on experience of social media Listening tools will be useful.
  • Should understand social media platforms and the ability to grasp its key elements.
  • Social Media Listening, reporting & bucketizing.
  • Should have the ability to identify critical social posts as well as patterns emerging from posts.
  • Good exposure around PowerPoint presentation reports
  • Good MS Excel skills and exposure to work on Google docs or G-suite
  • Focused on delivery.
  • Attention to detail and high on rigor.
  • Expected to work as lead and individual contributor based on the project need.
  • Enthusiastic, displaying energy, drive, and stamina.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The role is primarily work from home, however, there may be some travel for client and team meetings.
