Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Senior Product Manager to join our growing product team. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior product managers, engineering, design, and business teams to analyze data, define product requirements, and support the delivery of impactful features. This role is a great opportunity to shape product strategy and make data-driven decisions that impact global users.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze product and user data to identify insights, inform decisions, and propose product improvements.

  • Collaborate with global clients to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and prioritize features.

  • Contribute to the creation and execution of the product roadmap based on client needs and

market research.

  • Support senior product managers in converting business requirements into detailed Product

Requirement Documents (PRDs).

  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure user-centric designs aligned with product goals.

  • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely and quality

product releases.

  • Monitor and evaluate product performance using data-driven metrics.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree required; B.Tech from a Tier-1 institute and/or MBA preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, R, Python, or similar data analysis tools is a

plus.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong quantitative aptitude.

  • Demonstrated business acumen and curiosity about the B2B domain or relevant markets.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without

formal authority.

  • Prior experience working with engineering teams to define, scope, and prioritize product

requirements is a plus.

  • Collaborative mindset and leadership potential.

Bonus Points For :

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.

  • Exposure to tools like Jira, Figma, Tableau, or Mixpanel.

  • Experience in customer/user interviews and journey mapping.
