Job Title: Accounts Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in account growth, development and new business acquisition.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive account growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities in IT solutions for existing accounts.
  • Lead business development initiatives within the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings according to client needs.
  • Track and manage account health, revenue forecasting, and pipeline growth.
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends and digital transformation areas.
  • Ensure timely and clear communication of client requirements to internal stakeholders for successful execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8-10 years of proven experience in Account Management, preferably in IT/Tech services.
  • Demonstrated success in growing large accounts as well as opening new accounts.
  • Strong understanding of IT industry solutions (ERP, Cloud, Analytics, SaaS, Digital Transformation).
  • Excellent relationship-building skills at key stakeholder levels.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven professional with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
