Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer I to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement & Satisfaction
    • Ensure delivery of value to clients through exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain strong relationships with client representatives, customers, and service recipients.
    • Establish trust with the customer by providing technical support and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Service and Maintenance
    • Perform scheduled maintenance services as per contract requirements.
    • Supervise technicians in performing maintenance and addressing spot calls from customers.
    • Ensure effective and timely service maintenance while adhering to standard operating procedures and health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Project Management & Sales
    • Lead project management efforts for alterations, additions, or retrofit work at service sites.
    • Develop small work quotations and carry out proposed work upon customer acceptance.
    • Estimate materials costs and quantities for projects and provide necessary information to FSS and service sales teams.
    • Support project cost and progress reporting.
    • Assist in creating new sales opportunities during project/service execution and contribute to sales initiatives.
    • Provide project support to ensure smooth execution, timely completion, and adherence to budget.
  • Technical & Operational Support
    • Provide technical support and expertise in Building Management Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Front-End Applications/Software, and Security Systems.
    • Support troubleshooting and fault finding with high proficiency.
    • Maintain and update site-specific documentation and quality assurance information.
    • Travel to customer sites as needed and provide services kingdom-wide.
    • Assist in achieving service matrix and regional Annual Operating Plan targets.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and manage a team of technicians to exceed expectations.
    • Ensure team performance aligns with company goals and safety standards.
  • Working Hours & Flexibility
    • Perform duties outside of normal working hours when required.
