Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Officer to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Probing and investigating cases related to whistleblower anonymous HR complaints and grievances, with a focus on logical conclusions and closure within defined timelines.
- Supervising junior ethics officers and managing assigned case investigations.
- Preparing reports as per internal policy guidelines.
- Tracking and monitoring correspondence from regulators and responding accordingly.
- Collaborating closely with regional ER teams and working with regional HR teams.
- Performing other tasks and reviews assigned by seniors.
- Closing recommendations and following up on implementation.
- Maintaining investigation supports and evidence.
- Preparation of notes and reports for management and board authorities.
- Tracking queries and implementing recommendations.
- Providing stakeholders with periodic and ad-hoc data, responses, and updates on whistleblower and anonymous complaints and staff HR-related cases.
- Staying up-to-date on market fraud trends and collecting intelligence.
- Conducting training sessions for business and other support functions on COC and ethics.
Required Skills:
- Minimum experience of 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Desirable exposure to banking or HR roles.
