As a key player in process optimization, you will join an innovative team dedicated to driving transformation through automation and digitization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze processes to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain robust business processes using cutting-edge technologies such as Python, UiPath, and Alteryx.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of automation projects, from initiation to delivery.
  • Cultivate expertise across data towers and serve as a subject matter expert for consumer inquiries.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis to improve process quality and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with technology and product teams to ensure seamless integration and successful releases.
  • Maintain a comprehensive inventory of vendor data incidents and resolutions.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
  • Possess a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Data Science, AI, or Data Analytics.
  • Hold at least 3 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably in wealth management and private banking.
  • Proven hands-on experience with automation tools like Python, UiPath, and SQL.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing large datasets in Excel and have excellent project management skills.
Desirable Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Able to think strategically regarding data and technology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling PowerPoint presentations for senior audiences.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong time management skills and experience working in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall SDLC environments.
