Job Title: Celonis Implementation Engineer / Analyst
  • Location: Remote (India)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time

This role is ideal for a skilled and driven professional with a strong foundation in data analytics, process mining, and hands-on experience in Celonis EMS. As a Celonis Implementation Engineer/Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in deploying Celonis EMS across client environments, enabling data-driven process optimization and digital transformation.

You will be responsible for configuring and deploying Celonis EMS for client projects, extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce), building and optimizing event logs, data models, and process flows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Celonis EMS Implementation
  • Configure and deploy Celonis EMS for client projects
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from ERP/CRM systems
  • Build and optimize event logs, data models, and process flows
  • Process Mining & Analysis
  • Analyze business processes using Celonis to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and action flows to visualize insights and drive improvements
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions using Celonis capabilities
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated with Celonis product updates and best practices
  • Propose enhancements to existing implementations for better performance and scalability
  • Documentation & Support
  • Maintain clear documentation of data models, ETL pipelines, and solution architecture
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on Celonis usage

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience: 5+ years overall in data analytics, process improvement, or implementation roles; 2+ years hands-on experience with Celonis EMS.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PQL, and ETL tools; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.); familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).

Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of business process management (BPM); ability to interpret and model complex workflows.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management; analytical mindset with attention to detail; self-driven and comfortable working remotely.
