Automation Solutions Lead

This position is responsible for creating and maintaining automation solutions to optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with automation tools and platforms used in enterprise settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with process architects, solution designers, and citizen developers to identify automation opportunities and enhance efficiency
  • Design scalable automation solutions applicable across geographies and business units
  • Train and enable citizen developers and Automation CoE teams to implement reusable solutions and improve outcomes
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their potential impact through proof-of-concept initiatives
  • Support large-scale automation projects and contribute to solution architecture and strategy
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of relevant business experience in a customer-focused or process-driven environment
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools and platforms used in enterprise settings and proven results
  • Proven track record in leading small to medium-sized projects and driving process improvements
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and training delivery to large audiences and demonstrated success
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements and drive business value

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
