We are seeking an expert Landscape Architect to join our team.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Architect to lead landscape design projects across India. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of landscape architectural design, hardscape materials, softscape/horticulture, planting design, soil conditions, subsoil and surface drainage systems, irrigation, and lighting systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive landscape designs for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and environmental consultants to deliver integrated project designs.
  • Oversee landscape design implementation at project sites and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with local municipal norms, environmental regulations, and project-specific guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from a reputable institute.
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience preferably working with landscape consultancy as well as developers in real estate or large-scale development projects (International and Domestic Landscape Consultants).
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Knowledge of other software like Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Photoshop, and Revit will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainable landscaping techniques and certifications (e.g., IGBC, LEED).
  • Familiarity with local development regulations, permissions, and Environmental norms (MoEF).
