Job Opportunity:

We seek an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the future of our platform. As a key member of our team, you will oversee end-to-end design for mobile, dashboards, and enterprise platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to craft trusted user journeys for millions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop UX/UI design strategies across mobile, web, and dashboards
  • Simplify complex systems and flows for both consumer and enterprise users
  • Translate AI/ML security features into intuitive, human-centered interfaces
  • Create and evolve design systems, UI kits, and reusable components
  • Design for B2C (users) and B2B (telcos, banks, regulators) use cases
  • Rapidly prototype and test concepts using Figma/Framer/Rive/Miro/Adobe CC
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, and marketing teams
  • Ensure accessibility, performance, and trust in every design decision
Requirements:
  • 8–12 years of experience in UI/UX or product design (preferably in startups/SaaS)
  • A proven track record of shipping B2C products and B2B platforms
  • Experience designing and leading complex systems—dashboards, chat, calls, or fintech platforms
  • Ability to mentor junior designers and own end-to-end design delivery
  • Bonus: Background in AI, security, telecom, or fraud prevention
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or similar
  • Portfolio showcasing shipped products and detailed case studies
  • Bonus: Certifications in AI UX, behavioral design, or data visualization
