Main Responsibilities
- Visual Strategy Development - Create a unified visual identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand goals.
- Design Leadership - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical ideas into user-friendly visuals, supporting strategic marketing initiatives and user experience goals.
Required Skills
- Education - Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Experience - 1+ years in digital design, preferably in tech-driven environments; deep tech or startup experience is highly valued.
- Software Skills - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and basic HTML/CSS knowledge; motion graphics or animation skills are a bonus.
- Portfolio - Demonstrated creativity, technical skill, strategic thinking, and ability to visualize deep tech ideas through portfolio samples.
- Professional Skills - Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills; able to work independently and within cross-functional teams with tight deadlines.
