Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Design Engineer to lead the design and development of interior components for our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative interior designs that meet our quality, safety, and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of interior components with other vehicle systems.
  • Manage and optimize interior component production processes to meet customer demand and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze and resolve design, attribute or packaging incompatibilities through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead supplier management activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of interior components.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Automotive Engineering.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in interior design engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven project management skills with ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software and product lifecycle management (PLM) tools.
