Job Title: Senior Interior Designer LeadWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to spearhead our luxury and premium residential interior projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and execution of these high-end projects from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of exceptional results.
  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their needs and translate them into concept designs that meet their expectations.
  • Design Development: Create mood boards, space planning, layouts, and 3D visualizations to bring clients' visions to life.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Quality Assurance: Review material selections to guarantee compliance with design quality standards.
  • Team Management: Mentor junior designers and interns, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, materials, and innovations in residential design to maintain expertise and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in residential interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  • Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team coordination ability, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
