UK University Recruitment Strategist

We are seeking a strategic and skilled Recruitment Manager to lead the development of university recruitment activities in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- To contribute significantly to the growth of undergraduate and postgraduate UK recruitment activities.
- Manage and develop a network of agents by setting targets, conducting regular training visits, and providing timely assistance and support.
- Organize online sessions with agents and students, deliver presentations at events, and collaborate closely with the admissions, marketing, and compliance teams.
- Provide regular market insights and advise on opportunities to enhance brand awareness and market visibility.
- Work on agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) set by senior management.
Essential Requirements:
- A degree equivalent to a bachelor's degree from a reputable institution, preferably from the UK, with a business or marketing background.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the higher education student recruitment industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, networking abilities, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure.
