We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to lead our team in delivering cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader who can inspire and motivate a diverse group of IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies to ensure high availability and performance of critical systems.

• Oversee desktop engineering teams to provide end-user support and ensure smooth operation.

• Collaborate with departments to understand technology needs and provide effective solutions.

• Manage and mentor IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced experience managing VM environments, hypervisor technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.

• Expertise in software & hardware troubleshooting across systems and platforms.

• Strong experience in network architecture and internet connectivity, including IP addressing, subnetting, and routing protocols.

• Proficient in Active Directory management, group policies, user provisioning, and authentication services.

• Excellent network administration skills, including configuring routers, switches, firewalls (Palo Alto), and VPNs.

• Experienced server management, installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, and Ubuntu servers.

• Familiarity with AI/ML configurations (CUDA) for data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.

• Understanding and familiarity with GPU / HPC servers.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, threat analysis, risk assessment, incident response, and security monitoring.

• Familiarity with software development frameworks and languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript for collaboration with development teams.

• Experience with DevOps tools and practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and services such as Azure AD, EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.

• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a diverse IT team.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, making decisions quickly and effectively.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Project management experience, delivering IT projects on time and within budget.

• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Relevant industry certifications (CISSP, CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, ITIL) preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science (OR) MCA

• 8 -10 years of experience

• At least 3~4 years of experience in leading/managing an IT team/projects
