We seek a strategic leader to spearhead our growth over the next 24 months as a Business Head. Key responsibilities include:

  • Build and execute a multi-channel growth strategy across D2C, institutional tie-ups, exports, corporate gifting, and partnerships.
  • Identify and develop new revenue streams and partnerships to expand brand reach.
  • Own P&L responsibility, revenue targets, and bottom-line discipline.
  • Drive large institutional tie-ups, expand gifting programs, and explore international markets via export partners and distributors.
  • Collaborate with internal/external teams on brand storytelling, campaigns, and product launches.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, establish clear SOPs, and performance metrics for efficiency.

As our Business Head, you will have the opportunity to act as a business partner, drive end-to-end ownership, and work directly with our founders to shape a purpose-driven brand with global ambitions.
