**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Manager

Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process in real estate development projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced QA/QC professional with a proven track record of ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues.
  • Review and approve construction documents, plans, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Lead and train QA/QC team members.
  • Manage and maintain quality records and documentation.
Requirements

A minimum of 20 years of experience in QA/QC roles in real estate or construction is required. A strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards is necessary. Professional certifications like ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or CQM are also preferred.

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is mandatory. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
