Python QA SpecialistAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Python QA professional to spearhead our testing initiatives. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and test scripts using Python.This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about delivering high-quality software through continuous improvement and process refinement.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance tests to ensure seamless software delivery.
  • Design and implement API testing strategies and validate backend services using Python-based tools.
  • Analyze defects, document findings, and track progress using agile project management tools.
  • Collaborate with developers to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6-12 years of total experience in Software QA, with at least 4 years of hands-on automation experience in Python.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, testing life cycles, and methodologies.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks like PyTest, Robot Framework, Selenium (with Python).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
