QA Lead

We seek an experienced quality assurance professional to lead our automation efforts, ensuring seamless delivery and optimal product quality.
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in UI, API, and mobile automation, as well as proficiency in Cypress, Playwright, and Selenium frameworks. Strong programming skills in Java and JavaScript are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the development of test strategies, manual and automated, across web, API, and mobile platforms.
- Mentor a team of QA engineers, promoting best practices in testing and delivery.
- Implement scalable automation frameworks, driving test coverage through tools like Cypress, Playwright, and Selenium.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Strong hands-on experience in automation and manual testing.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and automation tools/frameworks.
- Experience with API automation and mobile testing.
- Proven track record of leadership and people management.
- Expert-level understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and their impact on quality processes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices, and their integration with quality processes.
- Detail-oriented approach to delivering high-quality products.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimization.
- Able to drive process change across teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
