About this Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented D365 QA professional with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business requirements, proven experience with manual testing methodologies, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough end-to-end testing of D365 Sales flow to ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance
  • Develop, document, and execute comprehensive manual test cases that cover all aspects of the software
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and testing needs, and provide clear recommendations for improvement
  • Identify, log, and track defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Evaluate and recommend best practices for testing throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Communicate test progress, results, and risks clearly and concisely to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a QA Tester with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
  • Strong experience in manual testing and writing detailed test cases, including data-driven testing
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • D365 functional knowledge is highly desirable
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools, such as JIRA or TestRail
