Job Description

As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting, compliance, and audit preparation. This role will be central to maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring regulatory adherence, and supporting the company's growth into PMS operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and review financial statements, NAV (Net Asset Value) reports, and regulatory filings. Ensure 100% compliance with accounting standards.
  • Accounting Operations: Maintain accurate books of accounts for PMS funds. Ensure timely reconciliations and support valuation processes.
  • Audit & Coordination: Partner with internal and external auditors. Provide accurate documentation, reports, and insights during audits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within broking, mutual fund, or PMS environments.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory norms.
  • Analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Busywin by Comtek preferred) and MS Office.
  • Clear communication and documentation skills.
