Agri Business Finance Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Director to spearhead our Farmer Producer Organization (FPO) business and Agri-Trading vertical. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in agribusiness, commodity trading, or FMCG supply chain finance.

The role entails overseeing financial operations, including financial planning, compliance, cash flow management, investor relations, and project financing across multiple agri-based business lines.

This is an individual contributor role requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's growth roadmap
  • Prepare financial projections, budgets, and business plans for all FPO & trading verticals
  • Support management in strategic decision-making through data-driven financial insights
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent degree
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, preferably in agribusiness, commodity trading, or FMCG
  • Strong knowledge of FPO accounting, procurement finance, and agri-commodity trading
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and financial modelling tools
  • Familiarity with Indian laws, FPO guidelines, and funding agency requirements
