Financial Leadership Opportunity

As a key member of our financial team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our organization. We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.

  • Prepare, review, and submit annual and interim statutory financial statements under IFRS and FRS 102 guidelines.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Assist with the integration of newly acquired businesses, ensuring seamless adoption of group policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regular meetings with senior management to present management accounts and understand business needs.
  • Oversee annual audits and tax compliance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in team management, focusing on team development and mentorship.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified CA/ACCA with 8+ years of post-qualification experience and an excellent academic record.
  • Previous experience in senior finance roles and financial control.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting for SMEs, with excellent bookkeeping skills.
