Senior Financial Manager

This is a senior-level position in financial management, responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
Job DescriptionThe Financial Manager will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements and reports, and maintaining internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Financial Manager will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, managing projects, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience in financial management roles, with a focus on financial accounting and reporting (GAAP and STAT)
- Knowledge of GAAP/Regulatory reporting, technical accounting principles, and financial reporting applications (Oracle, Workiva)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders
