Job Overview
IA Meetings is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Assistant to support our HR department in daily tasks, including recruitment, documentation, onboarding, and employee engagement. This role will play a crucial part in maintaining an organized and efficient HR function, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and employees.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, documentation, and onboarding. They will be responsible for assisting with end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates. Additionally, they will maintain and update employee records, prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other necessary HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment and Staffing: Assist with the entire recruitment process, from posting job openings to scheduling interviews.
* Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal data and employment contracts.
* Onboarding and Induction: Conduct employee onboarding sessions, introduce company policies and culture, and coordinate with IT and administration for setting up workspace and resources for new hires.
* Employee Engagement and Support: Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives, provide support for employee queries related to HR policies and benefits, and serve as a point of contact for employee-related inquiries.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, documentation, and onboarding.
* Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
