Your Impact

You'll be responsible for assessing and mitigating risks associated with our Engineering processes, ensuring the integrity and security of our systems and data. Your expertise will help us identify and prioritize risks, develop targeted remediation plans, and drive compliance with our risk management framework.

Responsibilities

  • Risk assessment and prioritization for specific domains within the Engineering division
  • Support the development and implementation of the DRO framework and processes
  • Participation in risk discovery and assessment exercises
  • Engagement with Core Engineering leads to ensure timely risk remediation
  • Engagement with divisional risk leads to ensure timely adoption of Core Engineering's platform and process solutions within business teams

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Risk Management, including risk identification, assessment, and remediation
  • Strong understanding of software engineering and risk fundamentals
  • Ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment with a strong delivery focus
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, partnering with stakeholders across all levels to drive standardization and strategic roadmap

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical preferences, including knowledge of cloud, mobile, and infrastructure technologies
  • Understanding of financial institution fundamentals and risk management methodologies
  • Experience assessing Engineering processes such as IAM, SDLC, Cyber Response, Resilience, etc.
