Job Title: Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide top-notch technical support to our customers through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle escalated calls with high efficiency and resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time.
  • Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies while ensuring positive customer experience and CSAT through defined resolution rate and minimum average handling time (AHT).
  • Update worklogs and follow shift for escalation process and process compliance.
  • Handle all queues efficiently and work towards case closure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills with international voice support experience.
  • Hands-on experience in mobility-related applications, desktops, and general system-related issues.
  • Good experience in troubleshooting Outlook, VPN, Citrix, VDI-related issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office/O365.
  • Experience in telecom will be an added advantage.
Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Prince2, or CompTIA A+ will be an asset.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of IT concepts, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
