E-commerce Strategy Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to manage our day-to-day operations for clients across India.

  • Defining and executing long-term e-commerce strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ownership of P&L for multiple e-commerce programs, ensuring profitability and revenue targets are met.
  • Driving scalable growth across diverse verticals including payment banks, digital wallets, online transport networks, and digital marketplaces.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms, operational excellence, and high-performing teams leadership. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Revenue management and P&L oversight expertise.
  • E-commerce and retail operations knowledge.

Requirements

A graduate degree (MBA preferred) and 10+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce strategy & operations are required. Fluency in English is necessary, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
