Main Responsibilities:

    • Lead search optimization initiatives to improve discoverability and drive sales.
  • Customer Experience Optimization:
    • Analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase journeys to identify opportunities and resolve friction points.
    • Develop strategies that elevate online customer experience and drive satisfaction.
  • Content Management & Web Analytics:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects under tight timelines and budgets.
    • Stay current with e-commerce trends and technologies to inform merchandising decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Delivery:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects on time and within budget.
    • Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints through organized execution.
  • Taxonomy & Navigation Enhancement:
    • Apply knowledge of web taxonomy and navigation to improve site structure and customer-facing attributes.
    • Support search attribute optimization to enhance product discoverability.
