Site Merchandiser Role

We are seeking a Site Merchandiser to enhance customer experience and sales performance on Amazon.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing site merchandising strategies, campaign management, and content optimization, ensuring a seamless shopping journey.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Own site merchandising, campaigns, and promotional events for e-commerce business.
  • Plan and execute site merchandising calendar, including Gate Way campaigns, new product launches, program-led sales, and category-wide events.
  • Track and analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase funnels to optimize traffic and conversion.
  • Design and refresh storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns, from wire frame development to execution.
  • Coordinate with design teams to create engaging marketing assets.
  • Develop, test, and analyze new merchandising strategies to improve engagement, document results, and share best practices.
Key Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing (Amazon experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with ability to learn SQL, XML, and merchandising tools.
  • Experience in data analysis to optimize site performance and customer engagement.
