Role Summary:

Pinklay is a modern lifestyle brand rooted in craftsmanship, creativity, and slow fashion. We're seeking a skilled marketplace specialist to expand our presence across leading Indian and global online marketplaces.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing fashion businesses on various platforms, driving revenue growth, and optimizing product listings for improved visibility and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for an end-to-end onboarding and setup of Pinklay across relevant Indian and international fashion marketplaces.
  • Owning revenue targets for marketplace channels, identifying opportunities for growth, and building strategies to scale sales.
  • E nsuring product listings are accurate, compelling, and optimized for visibility and conversions across platforms.
  • Strategizing, executing, and monitoring marketplace promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships.
  • Tracking key metrics (traffic, conversion, returns, profitability), generating actionable insights, and building data-led strategies.
  • Collaborating closely with brand, design, operations, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless marketplace execution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing fashion businesses on marketplaces (Indian & global).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with marketplace dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, listing standards, returns management, and pricing strategies.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities.
  • Genuine interest in fashion, marketplaces, and digital commerce.
