Job Title:

Senior Digital Experience Specialist

We are a fast-growing startup that prioritizes user engagement and retention. Our goal is to create clean, intuitive, and impactful digital experiences that resonate with users while maintaining minimalism and purposefulness.

As our Senior Digital Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for designing our product's user experience and visual identity. You'll work closely with the product manager to translate ideas into seamless, minimalistic digital interfaces that align with our brand and enhance usability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for our website, from wireframing to high-fidelity mockups.
  • Create and maintain a clean, modern, and minimalistic design system that reflects our brand identity.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
  • Optimize web interfaces for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, startup culture, and emerging UX best practices.
  • Continuously analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improving engagement and conversion.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in startups or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing minimalistic website designs with a focus on usability and simplicity.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
  • Experience with user research methods, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
