
Sales Team Expansion Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the sales department.
Build and scale a sales team to achieve business objectives, focusing on dealer relationships and market expansion.
Develop a city-wise roadmap and strategy to drive core revenue and create additional streams.
Cultivate long-term relationships with used-car dealers and gather insights to inform product development and strategy.
Design and implement an incentive plan for sales teams aligned with business goals.
Provide regular updates to leadership on sales performance, dealer feedback, and market trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new monetization strategies and identify revenue growth opportunities.
Drive sales execution and oversee operations across multiple regions.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in pan-India sales and business development.
- Strong dealer network and contacts within the used-car or automotive industry.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage remote teams and drive performance.
- Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of marketplace platforms and subscription products.
Personality Traits:
- Highly proactive and hands-on with a bias for execution.
- Comfortable with extensive travel and willingness to roll up sleeves for ground sales.
