Key Highlights

This role oversees the entire event planning and production process from inception to execution. As an experienced event professional, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with external partners to deliver seamless events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive event plans that meet client expectations and adhere to project timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions.
  • Maintain a database of reliable vendors and suppliers for set design, lighting, and event production.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in event planning, production, or project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality events on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of event technology, set design, and lighting.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage complex projects in fast-paced environments.
