Creative Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Bakery Artisan to join our team. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of a wide range of baked goods, including breads, cakes, tarts, mousses, cookies, puffs, croissants, and modern desserts.

Your main duties will include contributing innovative ideas for seasonal menus, themed evenings, and new bakery items, ensuring high-quality presentation, taste, and portion control, maintaining a clean, hygienic, and well-organized bakery section, handling orders and guest requests promptly and with care, and being proactive, adaptable, and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in a resort, hotel, or standalone bakery patisserie, as well as strong skills in both classic recipes and modern dessert trends. You must have a keen eye for detail, plating, and finishing, and be able to work independently with discipline. Additionally, basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and a passion for baking and innovation are essential.
