Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. This role involves automating business processes, participating in technical design, and managing ongoing feature changes in collaboration applications.

The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams. They will oversee the administration and integration of our collaboration platforms, working with internal and external partners to establish strong relationships with users.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology support
  • 5+ years of experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams
  • Experience using Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform to build and deploy services
  • Foster a collaborative and constructive atmosphere, exhibiting optimism in challenging situations
  • Decompose complex problems into manageable components, offering succinct solutions
Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and optimize collaboration systems, ensuring system security and implementing standards
  2. Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes
  3. Produce performance, capacity, availability, and security reports for senior management
  4. Write technical documentation and collaborate on ongoing issues and projects
  5. Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced services
