Job Summary:

The Pest Control Technician is responsible for delivering effective treatments against pests in assigned areas, utilizing a range of techniques and preparations available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safety of self and others at all times, including machines and equipment.
  • Provide quality services and maintain good customer behavior.
  • Adhere to grooming code and wear proper uniform as per policy.
  • Check and adhere to schedule for the day and attend jobs accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping through documentation or new systems introduced by the company.
  • Use Service Centre Programme (SCP) for all assigned jobs, selecting correct preparation and accurate quantity.
  • Generate service leads at every opportunity.
  • Keep equipment and chemicals ready for the day's job and ensure proper behavior while on duty.
  • Report to customers' premises in time, presentable manner, introduce yourself, and present your identity card after greetings.
  • Inspect premises for pest problems, deliver services accordingly, and inform customers about Do's and Don'ts for pest prevention.
  • Record chemicals consumed and maintain equipment cleanliness.
  • Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as recommended and handle chemicals safely.
  • Assist in Business-to-Lead (BTL) activities and report new market developments during operations meetings.
