Pest Control Manager

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to lead and manage operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong background in pest control and management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities

A. Core Operations:

  • Ensure availability of qualified technicians at all times as per technical training guidelines.
  • Cochain and train assigned technicians to improve service quality and customer retention.
  • Evaluate and implement strategies to optimize material consumption and minimize waste.
  • Conduct daily stand-up meetings to discuss safety procedures and review assignments.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer visits, complaints, and service deliveries.

B. Advance Operations:

  • Plan and execute Pest Audits, PMIs, and other operational activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Analyze customer complaints and develop strategies to resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A minimum B.Sc. in Chemistry, Zoology, Agriculture, or a related field.
