Opportunity Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Capacity Building Program Lead to spearhead our STEM education initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in teaching, educational leadership, and adult learning methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality capacity building programs for teachers in STEM subjects
  • Prepare program plans, materials, and assessments for effective implementation
  • Analyse feedback from trainings and incorporate it into subsequent programs
  • Align programs with current educational policies and guidelines
  • Collaborate with subject teams to plan and execute programs
  • Conduct research-based content development and instructions
  • Document and report progress on allocated tasks
  • Participate in staff development activities and workshops

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in capacity-building programs in Teacher Education
  • M.Sc. (Mathematics/ Physics/ Chemistry), B.Ed or equivalent degree

About the Role:

As a Capacity Building Program Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality programs that cater to the needs of teachers in STEM subjects. You will work closely with subject teams to plan and execute programs, conduct research-based content development, and document and report progress on allocated tasks.
