We are especially seeking educators with experience in robotics and hands-on STEM instruction to support our growing network of STEM & Robotics Labs.
We are hiring Local and Remote Tutors & Educators across all K–12 subjects to support personalized student learning via one-on-one online sessions or in-person lab instruction. This role offers flexible hours, training support, and the opportunity to serve students globally—especially those supported by the ScholarPASS scholarship program.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, 1-on-1 online or in-person tutoring sessions based on each student's level, goals, and learning style.
- Use TutorsPlan's AI-powered LearningART platform to assess, track, and guide student learning progress.
- Create simple weekly lesson plans or follow TutorsPlan's curriculum with provided tools and training.
- Maintain clear communication with students and guardians.
- Contribute to a supportive, outcome-driven learning experience.

- English Language Arts
- Math (All levels)
- Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
- Social Studies & History
- Coding & Robotics
- SAT/ACT/Test Prep
- Robotics Courses (Arduino, LEGO Robotics, VEX, Drone Programming, AI for Kids)
- ESL / Language Support
- 1+ year of teaching or tutoring experience (formal or informal)
- Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, or LMS platforms)
- Strong communication skills in English (bonus: bilingual educators)
- Passionate about education and student-centered learning
- Preferred: Certification, degree, or subject specialization in education or related fields
Important Note:
- Free Tutor Certification Training : TutorsPlan provides 40 hours of structured training (live and self-paced) at no cost to all new tutors. This training is valued at $1,000 and is required to become a certified TutorsPlan Tutor. Tutors are not paid during this certification period as this is an independent freelancing role. However, tutors located outside the USA may be eligible for compensation during training, based on regional hiring policies.
