Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in teaching pedagogical methodologies, adult learning principles, and the ability to prepare engaging workshops and courses for teachers. Additionally, they should be able to conceptualize, design, and conduct research projects on a regular basis.

  • Prepare program plans and provide inputs for academic calendar preparation.
  • Coordinate with subject teams for planning and executing programs.
  • Analyze feedback from training participants and incorporate it into subsequent trainings.
Responsibilities:Teaching and Training

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting high-quality workshops and courses for teachers in STEM subjects.
  • Preparing detailed program frameworks, teaching plans, and workshop modules.
  • Developing program materials for short-term and intensive courses.
Research and Development

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Conceptualizing, designing, and conducting research projects on a regular basis.
  • Exploring latest methodologies, resources, and approaches in education and the expertise area.
  • Producing academic writings in the subject domain.
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry (or equivalent).
  • Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or an equivalent degree.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in capacity-building programs in Teacher Education.
