Just Robotics is an EdTech company on a mission to make STEM education hands-on, exciting, and future-ready. Since 2011, we've been inspiring young minds through Annual Programs, Boot Camps, Innovation Labs, and real-world Industrial Projects. We also design and build advanced tech like special-purpose machines, sensor systems, and data acquisition platforms.

Role Overview

We're looking for a full-time STEM & Robotics Educator who can bring energy and creativity into classrooms. You will develop lesson plans, lead hands-on robotics sessions, and work closely with schools to deliver our STEM programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver robotics and STEM lesson plans
  • Conduct interactive, hands-on workshops and boot camps
  • Facilitate student learning using practical kits and projects
  • Collaborate with schools to implement programs
  • Continuously update and improve the curriculum

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in teaching or training (STEM/technology preferred)
  • Strong communication and classroom engagement skills
  • Ability to plan lessons and develop curriculum
  • Passion for working with students and making STEM fun
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with robotics kits or STEM tools is a plus

Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with Arduino, sensors, or coding platforms
  • Experience with project-based learning or innovation labs
  • Multiple language skills (helpful for outreach programs)
