Operations Management Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to oversee night shift operations in our office.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Night Shift Coordination:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all night shift teams across various functions.
    • Maintain attendance records, ensure adherence to shift schedules, and coordinate with team leads to address any operational concerns.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Develop and maintain accurate night shift rosters.
    • Coordinate last-minute adjustments in staffing or support.
    • Ensure team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
    • Conduct regular floor walks to monitor team activities and maintain a productive work environment.
  • Issue Escalation and Resolution:
    • Act as the first point of escalation for any operational or customer-related issues during the night shift.
    • Collaborate with function managers for prompt resolution.
    • Document escalations and resolutions for future reference.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis:
    • Accurately record night shift activities, including attendance, incident logs, and shift reports.
    • Prepare and share end-of-shift reports with relevant stakeholders.
    • Track key performance metrics and escalate issues when targets are at risk.
  • Compliance and Security:
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, including data security, information privacy, and workplace ethics.
    • Regularly verify that security protocols are followed by all teams.
    • Collaborate with the facilities team for night shift facility-related issues.
  • Communication and Team Collaboration:
    • Facilitate communication between night shift teams and their line managers.
    • Lead start-of-shift and end-of-shift meetings to align teams and ensure a smooth transition.
    • Support cross-functional collaboration for urgent customer requests or internal requirements.

This role involves coordination, issue escalation, and supervision while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Key Skills:
